A broad ecosystem needs a clear structure
IVS Academy brings together several connected areas: language programs, cooperation with schools, international teacher support, educational technology, and the operational services required to keep those activities coordinated. Each area creates value, but presenting them as separate offers can make the overall model difficult for schools, learners, teachers, and partners to understand.
The restructuring begins with a simple question: what does each audience need to accomplish, and how should the ecosystem guide them from first contact to an appropriate program or partnership?
Four connected service domains
The new information architecture distinguishes four domains while preserving their relationship: education programs for learners, partnership models for schools, international teacher services, and EdTech platforms that support learning and operations.
This separation reduces ambiguity without fragmenting the brand. A school can understand the partnership pathway, a teacher can find relevant opportunities, and a learner or parent can identify the right educational service. Behind these journeys, shared technology and operating processes connect data and follow-up activities.
My role
I lead the strategic structure of the ecosystem, develop educational partnerships, shape service models and customer journeys, and direct the digital platform and brand-content work required to present those services clearly.
The work combines external relations with product thinking. Partnership commitments must be translated into executable processes, while the digital experience must accurately reflect what the organization can deliver.
A foundation for verified growth
The immediate outcome is qualitative: a clearer narrative, more direct paths for each audience, and a structure that can support future content and service development. Quantitative outcomes will only be added when the underlying figures—such as participating schools, programs, users, or consultation requests—have been verified and approved for publication.
